ABUSE POLICY
At Fiber Grid, we are committed to providing a safe and secure online environment for our users. In order to maintain the integrity of our network and protect the interests of our customers, we have implemented the following Abuse Policy. This policy outlines the prohibited activities and guidelines for the use of our services. By using our services, all users are expected to comply with this policy.
1. Prohibited Activities:

b. Distribution of Malicious Software: Users must not engage in any activity that involves the distribution or transmission of viruses, malware, spyware, or any other malicious software that may harm or disrupt the network or other users’ devices.
c. Network Abuse: Users must not engage in any activity that disrupts or compromises the integrity of our network infrastructure. This includes but is not limited to denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, port scanning, or any other attempt to gain unauthorized access or compromise network security.
d. Illegal Activities: The use of our services for any illegal activities, including but not limited to hacking, unauthorized access to systems, copyright infringement, or distribution of illegal content, is strictly prohibited.
e. Harassment and Offensive Content: Users must not engage in any activity that involves harassment, bullying, or the dissemination of offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory content.
2. For domain-related abuse, there is a process defined by the ICANN and regional domain registries.

3. Reporting Abuse:
a. If you believe that any user of our network or services is engaging in abusive activities as outlined in this policy, please report the incident to our designated abuse contact.
b. Reports should include as much detail as possible, including the date, time, IP address involved, and a description of the abusive activity.
c. We will promptly investigate all reported incidents of abuse and take appropriate actions as necessary, which may include suspension or termination of the offender’s account or legal action, depending on the severity of the violation.
4. Cooperation with Law Enforcement:
a. We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in their efforts to investigate and prosecute illegal activities conducted through our network or services.
b. If we receive a valid legal request or court order, we may be required to disclose user information to law enforcement authorities.
5. Consequences of Abuse:
a. Violations of this Abuse Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of the offender’s account or services, without prior notice.
b. In cases of severe abuse or repeated violations, we reserve the right to take legal action against the offender to protect the interests of our network and customers.
6. Policy Updates:
a. This Abuse Policy may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed about any changes.
By using our services, users acknowledge and agree to abide by this Abuse Policy. Failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension or termination.
