Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Corporate Registration & Jurisdiction

These Master Terms govern the telecommunications IP transit and data center colocation services provided by FiberGrid (Pty) Ltd, a registered telecommunications infrastructure provider in the Republic of South Africa. All agreements are governed by the laws of South Africa.

2. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

FiberGrid guarantees a 99.99% monthly core network availability on dedicated optical transit ports and dual-feed colocation racks. In the event of an unscheduled core network outage exceeding SLA thresholds, customers are eligible for service credits capped at 20% of the affected monthly recurring charge upon written notice within 30 days.

3. Reseller & Multi-Carrier Architecture

FiberGrid partners with premier global carrier-neutral data centers and Tier-1 upstream transit backbones. All colocation space, power allocations, and optical cross-connects are provisioned within certified carrier-grade partner facilities.

4. Billing & Payment Terms

All service commitments are billed in United States Dollars (USD) unless explicitly quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) on formal corporate orders. Invoices are payable net 15 days from issuance.

5. Acceptable Use Compliance

All subscribers must comply with FiberGrid’s Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Failure to remediate confirmed security incidents may result in automated BGP session dampening or temporary port suspension.
